Martina Tararuj
With over 15 years of entrepreneurial business advisory and tech consulting expertise, Martina Tararuj has been instrumental in helping startups and various companies achieve their strategic milestone goals. She has consulted on over 200 projects across B2B and B2C ventures in prop-tech, health-tech, robotics, AI, VR, e-commerce, marketplaces, and SaaS in CEE markets, collaborating closely with VC firms, private equity investors, and Tech Accelerators.
Martina brings a proven track record of driving growth and executing successful go-to-market (GTM) strategies for scaling various tech and non-tech firms. With a keen eye for market trends and opportunities, she has consistently delivered results, positioning companies for sustainable growth and success.
Her approach is industry agnostic, focusing on companies that create a difference and set a purpose. Martina has experience across both tech and non-tech projects/companies, showcasing a wide spread of expertise and fast adaptation to diverse environments.

Martina has been a serial networker for several years, building her network from scratch in multiple countries. Her extensive connections have enabled her to work with great companies, proving the immense value of strong networks. Nina Wieretilo
With Nina Wieretilo is a graduate of the University of Oxford, the founder of EduCat, a partner at EduTech Fund, and the co-founder of ImperfectCEO.

At the age of 23, Nina exited her second edu-tech startup (Perfectly Personal) and moved on to build EduCat, a leading study abroad platform. In 2024, she joined EduTech Fund, a boutique investing strictly in education, as an investment partner.

Nina was included in the Forbes list of "23 for 2023," highlighting individuals who are especially worth watching as "leaders of tomorrow," as well as Forbes 30 Under 30 and Forbes Top 10 Young Inspiring Entrepreneurs.

Nina and Martina met a few years back while they were both working on PropTech-related projects. Nina attended the first-ever dinner in June 2022 and has been active in the community on a voluntary level for the past two years. From June 2024, she has officially joined the ImperfectCEO club and is helping with the business model, operations, and strategy along with Martina.

Personally Nina is successfully active in a fitness / CrossFit scene.
