The Imperfect CEO Story

Updated: Jun 1

Hi, I am Martina Tararuj, Founder of Imperfect CEO Club.

As a London-based entrepreneur who frequently travelled throughout Europe for work and networking events, I was looking to connect with like-minded professionals. I had a busy schedule and wanted to maximize my time by meeting several people at once, but I didn't want to sacrifice the intimacy of one-on-one conversations.

One day, while visiting Warsaw, I had an idea. I decided to organize a dinner at a well-known restaurant, Mielżynski, where I could bring together several female friends who are female entrepreneurs whom I wanted to meet.

The first gathering was a resounding success, and it wasn't long before I organized three more dinners over the following months.

During the last gathering, I had an epiphany. I realized that the true value of the dinners was not just the opportunity to network, but the meaningful relationships formed in an intimate setting. It was not overwhelming like large-scale events, allowing for more authentic conversations that led to deeper connections.

This led me to launch the ImperfectCeo Dinner Club, a networking "platform" dedicated to creating meaningful connections between entrepreneurs, business owners, and professionals. The club started as a female-only space, but I envision expanding it to include mixed-sex networking dinners in the future.

I see it as more than just a networking platform - it's a community of driven individuals who support each other, collaborate, and strive for success. With its focus on authentic connection and personalized experiences.

If you're looking for an authentic and personalized approach to networking, we invite you to join us and become a part of this thriving community.
