Over the last 15+ years, Martina Tararuj has been deeply immersed in the startup and business growth ecosystem, serving as a founder, Managing Director, and strategic advisor. She is a specialist in business model strategies, and business expansion at an international scale. 

 

Her consulting track record spans more than 200 startups across B2B and B2C verticals—covering prop-tech, health-tech, AI, and SaaS—where she has developed and executed go-to-market strategies, optimized sales models, and advised on global scaling operations.

 

Thanks to her constant travels across Europe and beyond, Martina combines an investor’s strategic foresight with a founder’s hands-on pragmatism, guiding portfolio companies with both local and international insights.
