Hi ladies, 👋 

My name is Natalia Woźniak, and I am an Inner Power & Leadership Coach, Creative Mentor, and Business Strategist ✨

Before stepping into the world of coaching, I led creative campaigns for global brands like McDonald’s, Starbucks, Tefal, P&G, and many more 🌍 I also worked with large corporations to help them scale and use their resources more intentionally 📈 My work took me around the world—collaborating with teams in Asia, South America, North America, India, Europe, and the Middle East 🌎

I co-created eCommerce offerings in a consulting company, working alongside the Principal Director. I developed decks with expansion and resource planning strategies for various levels—from entry-level to upper management. Additionally, I was responsible for building relationships with executives and leadership to boost sales opportunities 🤝

At the same time, I supervised a team of IT Project Managers, covering roles such as Project Lead and Program Manager. However, over time, I realized that my mental health was declining stress is part of the consulting world, but I knew I needed to step back and prioritize my well-being 💆‍♀️

Over the last six months, I’ve focused on healing from CPTSD, finally discovering my true-life purpose and core values 💖 As part of this journey, I obtained coaching certifications from ICF and NLP 🎓 I wanted to connect deeply with my limiting beliefs and start fresh. I’m proud to say I’ve successfully completed that mission 🌟

Now, I’m building my coaching and mentoring ventures, drawing from my rich experiences, particularly from my early 20s when I worked as an Art Director 🎨 That period shaped my approach to rapport-building, creative expression, and, most importantly, authenticity ✨ 

All these experiences have clarified my goals for the future. My next steps include obtaining two more certificates in self-love and trauma-informed coaching 💗🧠, so I can help people thrive and unlock their true potential. I am also preparing to launch my first evergreen group coaching program for coaches on branding and building their brand image 🌟, as well as developing a coaching program for artists 🎭

I remember wanting to become an Imperfect CEO member in 2023… but my shyness held me back from connecting with ambitious women like you 💪✨Now, I approach life with curiosity and excitement!
