Hi everyone! I'm Ana, born and raised in Croatia, now living in London - my favorite city :)
What I do: Before starting my business, I worked in corporate HR (recruitment) in Croatia and Poland. Now I run ByRecruiters, a career platform with digital products used by 13,000+ job seekers worldwide. I also partner with an AI recruitment tech startup as a fractional COO to shape the product and grow their business and with one of the amazing ladies from this community to help scale her Pinterest. So I do lots of fun things!
What I can help with: Since starting my business, I’ve picked up a lot about marketing, growth, digital products, SEO, blogging, Pinterest, getting featured in global media, and building websites on Wix. If you're curious about any of these topics, feel free to reach out. I’m an open book and always happy to share what I’ve learned!
Fun facts: I competed in Latin and ballroom as a kid, and after a 20-year break I finally signed up for dance classes again 💃 I’ve also hopped around a bit and lived in Croatia, Poland, Sweden, and now the UK.
