I'm an experienced expert in management and leadership. Most recently, I worked as Director of the Digital Department and Chief Digital Officer at the Polish branch of a well-known French corporation.

During my maternity leave, I decided to start my own business focused on empowering women - Flow Leaders. Our goal is to raise social awareness around gender equity, female empowerment and the challenges women face in advancing their careers. We organize exclusive management and leadership training programmes dedicated to women. 💪
