It's time for my introduction. My name is Patrycja Kościołowska. I am a strategist, mentor and author of enjoyGrowth!
And now a little more. I am an expert in strategic business development. Since 2008, I have been supporting companies with smart growth and scaling, conscious marketing and decisions that make sense. I have experience working with clients of all scales - major corporations as well as startups. In short: I increase profits, productivity and a sense of well-being.
I am the author of the enjoyGrowth! (www.enjoyGrowth.pro) platform, where I share practical knowledge and tips on how to consciously grow your business, while saving a lot of time. At the same time, I have been pro bono supporting young women at the Digital University Foundation for several years now (this is my „giving back” to the world) 💛
I work with an attention to the other person and operate with a “problem solving” approach, in which the key is to have a good understanding of the problem, define the solution and develop an effective action plan. Then this plan simply has to be implemented - no excuses 🙂 I also believe that a healthy business is based on authentic values and this is what I teach my clients.
Privately, I am passionate about sports (crossfit 🏋️♀️, yoga🧘♀️), good food and conscious living, which I practice every day. I also try every day to remember to be mindful and find joy in everything I do 😊
I have been involved with Imperfect CEO since an informal dinner where I didn't know any of the women. To this day, I am still grateful for Martina's Facebook post🫶, to which I responded and received an invitation to join. It's been 3 years since then, my professional life has changed a lot, and it's because of this wonderful community🚀
