Ok…I crashed today 🫣
girls… after a whole week of working nearly 12h a day (and mostly on imperfect CEO stuff – app launch, backend chaos, events, profiles, edits, re-edits, fixes, stress over what’s live and what’s not 😵💫)…
my brain and body just… stopped today.
and tbh with ADHD it’s soooo hard to actually rest. I always feel like I need to be doing something – movement, fixing, solving, responding – even when my body is like: girl, sit down.
and because I know this pattern already burned me out at the start of the year, I’m trying to be more careful now. but it’s HARD.
sooo I wanted to ask…
how do YOU disconnect from work?
like properly? mentally? energetically?
I know some of you ride horses (jealous),
@Marta.rasch told me she CROCHETS and I honestly loved that 😄
I feel like I need a gentle hobby that doesn’t involve my laptop or deadlines lol
I used to always go to fitness or gym as my go-to… but lately even that feels like too much for my body. so now I’m just here… trying to find something else.
I think we all need inspo for not being productive sometimes 🧘♀️💫 Any ideas ??

Hey Martina 😊,
It sounds like you've had an intense time, but I can see so many achievements! My question is: have you been thinking about how you'd like to celebrate your recent successes?
When I realized that celebrating even the smallest steps is a fuel that boosts my energy, my entire approach to new ventures shifted. Now, I focus on taking the next steps and celebrating alongside them. In the past, I used to think I could just keep going without pause, but I’ve learned that relaxing and taking time to rest actually increase my overall efficiency.
Understanding my human design profile has been incredibly helpful because it gave me insight into how to balance my energy, knowing when I should capitalize on my energy peaks and when to expect my energy to decrease. For me, observing these cycles helps me plan when I need to recharge my batteries.
Additionally, I believe feminine energy is the key in business. After focusing on concepts, strategies, and technical aspects, I’ve realized I need to embrace my inner artist, creating graphics and expressing myself through art.
Sending lots of good energy your way! ✨✨
