Now I run ByRecruiters, a career platform with digital products used by 13,000+ job seekers worldwide. I'm Nat, I run my event startup Parrty (Parrty.pl) and I help businesses automate boring and repetitive tasks.

After doing everything manually in the early days, I faced two choices:

    1.    Hire a team I couldn't afford

    2.    Figure out how to automate everything myself

I chose option 2 and taught myself automation. Now I help other founders streamline their operations so they can focus on what actually moves the needle.

Hello Inspiring Ladies!

My name is Anna Bednarczyk, and I have been living in Amsterdam since 2007.

I currently work as a manager in the automotive industry at TomTom. Outside of work, I’m a mom to two boys (ages 14 and 16), and in recent years, sport has become my biggest passion.

Two years ago, I completed - and won - a double Ironman triathlon, and last year, I finished the triple distance (second place). You can read more about my journey on Instagram (@mindset.gears).
